Try these 10 inexpensive craft ideas if those finished coloring pages are piling up.

1. A Mask With a Twist

Using a coloring page featuring Venom’s face, have the youngster color it, glue it to thin cardboard, and carefully cut it out. An elastic string tied through two holes punched on either side of the mask will make it functional, but the fun doesn’t end there! A red party blowout, embellished with red yarn to make it longer, is the perfect addition for making Venom spring to life in a surprisingly funny way. All the child needs to do is cut a hole for the mouthpiece in between Venom’s spectacular rows of teeth and blow it out from behind!

2. A Creative Craft

Give the youngster two large craft sticks for spooky and creative crafts, which should be painted red. A piece of twine can be used to secure them together in the shape of an X. That well-known spider, which is Venom’s logo, should then be colored, laminated to thin cardboard, and cut out. When the cutout is glued to the center of the X, your child has a creative and interesting decoration to display anywhere!

3. An Original Venom Bracelet

Start this easy craft by cutting approximately three inches from the end of an empty wrapping paper cardboard.  Then, cut one side completely through to create a cuff bracelet. Venom’s famous teeth and tongue, cut from the coloring pages, can be used to decorate the bracelet. A row of teeth on either end of the bracelet where the “cuff” ends meet makes it look like the teeth are holding the bracelet closed. Venom’s infamous tongue can adorn the top of the bracelet for a truly original piece of wearable art.

4. A Hilarious Game

For this easy craft, you’ll need a pipe cleaner, a piece of corkboard, and a coloring page. Once the page is complete, it should be pasted with craft glue to a piece of corkboard. The child should then carefully glue a red pipe cleaner down the middle of Venom’s tongue, curving the bottom out from the paper like a “J.” This ensemble can then be used in a fun game, where youngsters toss giant paper clips toward the craft, trying to land one on the end of the “tongue.”

5. Give Venom a Web

Venom fans know he uses body goo to create webs, so why not let the youngsters turn this into a classroom craft? Have the children use cotton batting to create a giant web on the wall and then color one or more Venom characters. When these are cut out, they can be placed in various spots on the web, and they’ve just created a more exciting classroom!

6. Make a Homemade Puzzle

For a homemade puzzle, it doesn’t get better than Venom! Once the child has finished the coloring page, a thin black marker should be used to create puzzle lines. The page should be glued to thin cardboard when this is accomplished and cut out along the premade lines. Once the pieces are mixed up, the child can reassemble them just like an authentic puzzle.  The degree of difficulty can be adjusted for the children’s age simply by making the pieces smaller or larger.

7. An Engaging Group Activity

For a fun classroom or group activity, have each child color and cut out Venom and glue him to the left side of a piece of construction paper, positioned vertically. Then, on the right side of the page, the children can write down something scary they want Venom to protect them from. It’s a great activity to get youngsters to talk openly about their worst fears while still having fun!

8. Make a Designer Superhero Helmet

If your child likes to play superhero and wears a helmet as part of the costume, decorate those Venom coloring pages well! The youngster can use the Venom logo since that remarkable spider looks great on any headgear. He or she can also use the Venom character himself as the primary feature or design an original pattern using many different cutouts. A coat or two of acrylic spray will keep the artwork nice for a long time.

9. A Funny Toilet Roll Craft

To make this comical desktop ornament, begin with an empty toilet tissue cardboard, which can be laminated with Venom characters from your child’s coloring pages. A red piece of felt cut in the shape of Venom’s famous tongue works perfectly for this craft.  Tracing and cutting out a tiny wrench on black construction paper is a great way to make Venom’s arms. Scary wiggle eyes can be added, and his teeth can be embellished with white puffy paint. This cute Venom ornament will stand on its own on a desk or bureau.

10. A Unique, Abstract Decoration

Let the youngster cut the finished coloring pages into strips and make a long paper chain. Next, have the child cut out the Venom logo from another coloring page, laminate it on contact paper, and staple it to one end of the chain. Then, using a red streamer or red crêpe paper, let the child create that famous red tongue and attach it to the chain’s opposite end. Even though Venom is not a snake, people will get the idea with this piece of abstract art!
