10 Uses For Printable May 2025 Calendars
Here are 10 fun and creative ways that you can use any of the above calendars!
10. Mother’s Day Planners
If you go big for Mother’s Day – say, you’re hosting the whole family in celebration of your mom – you’ll want to organize your plans for the day. You can do that using my May 2025 printout calendars, which gives you the space to write what to do on which day and where. You can also use the days you’re not writing in anything as note paper, making grocery lists, to-do lists, etc. Plan a beautiful lunch or dinner, keep track of who is doing and bringing what, and keep your siblings on task as you work together to celebrate Mom!
9. Scrapbooking
May is a beautiful month to get engaged or married or have a baby – or to celebrate a birthday or an anniversary! If you’re a scrapbooker and any of this resonates with you, you’ll want to commemorate the month, week, or day of (or in) May with a special page. You can use my May 2025 calendar printout as a background; you could even cut it up into a heart shape or make an origami flower out of it.

If you’re like me, you like saving money and time when it comes to what’s for dinner each night. May is a popular month for vacations, especially abroad. 1. Cinco de Mayo Party Planners
While it celebrates the victory of the Mexican army over the French army in 1862, Cinco de Mayo has been co-opted by lots of people in the U.S. If you’re hosting a party for this May 5th celebration, you can use my calendar as a planner for organizing when you’ll need to buy supplies and order food (or grocery shop). You could even use the back of the page to jot down a guest list, grocery list, to-do list, and any stray notes you have about the event, like drink ideas or decorations.
